The Big House can sleep up to 12. It has a beautiful knotty pine interior, great room, and 2 glassed in porches. The house was built by a local well known Swedish craftsman. This quaint lakefront 2 Br, 1 Bath cottage is located within a family friendly association on the southwest side of beautiful Higgins Lake. The lake is spring fed and clear with a sandy bottom so conditions are excellent for kids (and adults) to play and swim in the water. The cottage is completely furnished, very clean and well maintained. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room and a double sofa bed in the sunroom.
